New satellite photographs are believed to deliver the most definitive indication yet that combat operations are proceeding in the region.

Pictures recorded on Monday revealed a significant troop concentration in the northern area of the urban center, close to a main landmark.

The satellite shot, captured just after 08:30 time zone, reveals approximately several dozen combat transports positioned among the ruins of many edifices leveled in the past period. Smoke could also be seen billowing from a structure and a street close by.

A column of 9 transports could also be seen to the lower area of the urban center on a major road near a tactical corridor, where there was a considerable quantity of defense vehicles stationed in assembly sites bordered by embankments—temporary fortifications constructed of soil or earth.

These transports were not visible at this spot in earlier recent satellite photos, however it should be mentioned that while this photo was recorded in the morning, earlier images were recorded in the early daytime.

The photos also displayed a dense line of movement extending several kilometers out of the urban area along a coastal road. People have been evacuating along this path for some time now, seeking to escape the ongoing conflict.
